Thank you for shopping with MoodDisc. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, high order volume, holidays, customs, or other situations outside of our control.
MoodDisc is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after it has been sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
MoodDisc is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at junisking1@outlook.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailbox, or building office first.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at junisking1@outlook.com and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us on the same day the item is delivered at junisking1@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage.
Custom Order Production Notice
Custom MoodDisc orders require customer-submitted images before production and shipping can begin.
A minimum of 9 images is required for custom mini discs. If the required images are not received within 7 days after purchase, we may proceed with the default design shown on the product page to avoid further production delays.
Please note that shipping times may be delayed if the customer does not send the required custom images on time.
